Diablo IPTV Terms of Service

These terms of service set out the basic rules for using this website (diabloiptvs.com), for ordering and using Diablo IPTV (also written Diablo IPTV PRO) subscriptions and the 24-hour free trial, and for the help our team gives you. 1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, asking for the free trial, ordering a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on this site. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or order a plan.
2. The service
Diablo IPTV provides subscription access to live TV channels and to movies and series on demand, for use with compatible IPTV players on supported devices. Access is delivered as login details: a username, password and server URL (Xtream Codes API), or an M3U playlist URL.
Diablo IPTV has no player app of its own. Third-party players, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, are separate products: Diablo IPTV is not their developer, publisher or owner, and the player app is not part of the subscription. Our IPTV setup guide explains how to set one up.
Available content, picture quality, replay features, guide data, compatibility and playback can depend on the selected plan, the source, your device, your player app and your internet connection.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to order a plan or ask for the free trial. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Plans and prices
Plans are prepaid: one payment for a fixed term. There are four plans: Starter (3 months, one access code), Comfort (6 months, one access code), Premium (12 months, one access code) and Pack 2 Codes (12 months, two separate access codes). Every plan includes the same content and features; plans differ by length and number of codes.
Prices are in euros and are shown on our IPTV subscription page. The price that applies is the one our team confirms when you order, and it covers the whole term of the plan.
5. The free trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial, asked for on WhatsApp, with no payment needed. See our free trial page.
6. Ordering, payment and delivery
You order on WhatsApp: you tell the team which plan you want, and the team confirms the plan and the payment options available for your order before you pay. Once your order is confirmed, your access details are sent to you on WhatsApp. Activation depends on payment confirmation and on the information needed to set up the plan; we don't promise a delivery time.
Please give accurate contact details so your access details can be delivered. The service is delivered digitally only: nothing is shipped. Never send full payment-card details in a WhatsApp chat.
7. Term and renewal
Your plan runs for the term you paid for. Plans don't renew automatically. To renew, you place a new order with the team on WhatsApp, at the prices in force at that time; if you don't, your plan simply ends.
8. Your access details
You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential and for using them only as your plan allows. Don't publish, resell, transfer or share your access details beyond what your plan permits. Each plan comes with one access code, or two with Pack 2 Codes; whether one code can be set up on another device depends on the plan, so ask the team before you count on it.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or the service for:
- any unlawful activity;
- attempts to disrupt or overload systems, or to gain unauthorized access;
- automated abuse or scraping, or harvesting credentials;
- reselling access where this isn't authorized;
- any other activity that could harm the website, the service, other users or third parties.
10. Third-party apps and links
This website refers to third-party players, app stores, platforms and other websites. Those products and services run under their own terms and policies. Diablo IPTV doesn't control their availability, updates, store decisions or technical behaviour, and any fee a third-party app charges is not part of a Diablo IPTV plan.
11. Service changes and limitations
Website content, plan details, technical guidance, compatible apps and service features may change. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of every individual stream, title, guide entry, third-party app, network path or device configuration. If you have a problem, message the team on WhatsApp so we can help.
12. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our refund policy: before activation, an order may still be cancelled; after activation or delivery, requests are reviewed case by case.
13. Intellectual property
The original text, branding, layout and graphics of this website belong to Diablo IPTV and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, apps and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, see our DMCA page.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, the service or applicable requirements change. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means the current version applies.
15. Your legal rights
These terms don't affect any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
