This privacy policy explains how Diablo IPTV ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you visit this website (diabloiptvs.com), contact us, ask for the free trial or order a plan, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Please also read our terms of service.

This website is run under the Diablo IPTV name (also written Diablo IPTV PRO). Website: diabloiptvs.com. Our only contact channel is WhatsApp, reached through our contact page.

2. Information you give us

This site has no customer account, no sign-up and no database of visitors. We receive information only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp, to ask a question, ask for the free trial, order, renew or get support. This can include:

  • your WhatsApp number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and the messages you exchange with our team;
  • your order details: the plan you chose, the order date and the access details assigned to you;
  • your device and app information, if you tell us: the type of device, the player app you use, and anything else you choose to share for setup or support, such as screenshots.

Please don't send passwords, full payment-card details or other sensitive information that isn't needed to answer your request.

3. WhatsApp buttons and forms

The order, trial and contact buttons on this site, and its forms, don't send us anything by themselves: they open WhatsApp in your browser with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.

To do that, they go through a short redirect on this site that hands the pre-filled text to WhatsApp (for example the plan you chose, or the device, app and message you typed into a form). Like any page address, that text can appear in the server's technical logs described below.

Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.

4. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the host may automatically process limited technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested, the date and time of access, and basic server or security logs. This is used to run, secure and troubleshoot the website.

5. Cookies

This site uses no analytics tool, no advertising cookies and no marketing pixels, so it shows no cookie banner. If optional analytics or other non-essential cookies are ever added, they will be disclosed here first, with a consent choice where one is required.

Third-party services you open from this site, such as WhatsApp or an app store, may set their own cookies under their own rules. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

  • with WhatsApp, which we use for orders, the free trial and support;
  • with the payment provider you pay through, limited to what the payment needs;
  • with the technical providers that host and secure this website, only as far as their service needs;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect the security and rights of the website and its users.

9. How long we keep it, and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, including support, security, legal and operational needs. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep your access details to yourself.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as asking for access, correction or deletion, or to restrict some uses of it. To make a request, message our team through the contact page. We may need enough information to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

11. Age

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
