Diablo IPTV Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Diablo IPTV respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how to report material on this website (diabloiptvs.com) that you believe infringes your copyright, what to include in a notice, and what to do if you think material was removed by mistake.
1. Copyright complaints
If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act for the owner, and believe material shown or hosted on this website infringes a protected work, you can send us a written notice through our contact page, which opens WhatsApp. This process covers material we control; it doesn't mean that every third-party service or linked resource is hosted or controlled by Diablo IPTV.
2. What to include in a notice
Please include:
- the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the specific material or page you want reviewed, with the exact URL when you have it;
- the basis of your claim;
- a reliable way to contact you;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
3. Review and response
We may review a sufficiently detailed notice, ask for more information where needed, remove or restrict material we control when appropriate, or take other reasonable action. An incomplete notice can delay the review, because we may be unable to find the material or verify the request.
4. Third-party links, players and services
This website refers to third-party apps, app stores, platforms, media players, payment services and other websites. Diablo IPTV doesn't control material hosted by an independent third party. Where a complaint concerns material hosted elsewhere, you may need to contact that host, platform or service provider directly.
5. Counter-notice or mistaken removal
If material you provided was removed or restricted after a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, contact us through the contact page with the URL concerned, an explanation of the issue and enough information for the request to be reviewed.
6. Misuse of this process
Don't knowingly send false, misleading, abusive or fraudulent copyright claims. Whoever sends a notice is responsible for the accuracy of the information in it and for understanding any legal obligations that apply to it.
Sending a notice
Send your notice or counter-notice to the team through the contact page, which opens WhatsApp. Start your message with "Copyright notice" and include the exact URL or page concerned.
