Refunds are reviewed case by case. If access hasn't been activated or delivered yet, the order may still be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. After activation or delivery, the team looks at cases such as a duplicate payment, purchased access that never arrived after reasonable support attempts or a verified account-level issue the support team can't resolve. Usually not covered: a change of mind after activation, a device or player you didn't check before buying, problems with your own internet connection or home network, fees charged by third-party apps, a setup problem that support can correct and not following the plan's usage conditions. Contact support first for a technical problem; how long an approved refund takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
